London performances of a show put on by the Wellcome funded project Prisoners, Medical Care and Entitlement to Health in England and Ireland, 1850-2000.

A live theatrical examination of madness, prisons and solitary confinement in a historical context, drawing on real experiences of different convicts in the 19th century, as told by themselves and prison doctors, teachers, and chaplains.
