Historical speakers on nutrition science, food policy, diet and famine and other topics included David Smith, Anne Hardy, Tim Lang, John Manton and Sander Gilman.

The event included a 'witness' session with past members of the Nutrition Unit including Professor Philip Payne and Dr Liza Draper. The transcript is now available.
